ACSI Survey

At People’s, member feedback plays an important role in helping us serve you better.  Every two years, we conduct an American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) survey to better understand what we’re doing well, where we can improve, and what matters most to the members we serve.  We partner with NRECA Market Research to administer the survey on our behalf.

Beginning the week of October 12, you may receive an email invitation to participate.  The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete, and all responses remain confidential. Your feedback provides valuable insights that help guide future decisions, enhance member experiences, and ensure we continue delivering reliable service and value to our members.
