Please complete the form below if you want to discontinue service at your address and will not be utilizing electricity from PEC at another location.

Anyone requesting electric service, who has not had service in their name with the Cooperative, will need to complete a Member Application and either show satisfactory credit through a credit bureau or provide the Cooperative with an acceptable credit reference from a prior utility or pay a deposit.  The deposit amount will be equal to the two highest month billings over the past year.  The deposit will be applied to the account after monthly bills have been paid on time for 12 consecutive months.  Interest earned on the deposit, as provided under MN Statutes, will be credited annually on the billing statement.
