Reporting an Outage

To Report an Outage

 

Call - Call 800-214-2694, 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

 

Through SmartHub* - Click on the "Report an Outage" quick link on the left side of the SmartHub home page. On the outage reporting page you will be asked if your power is out.  Click on the "Report an Outage" button and an automated message will be sent to the Cooperative.

*You must be a registered user of SmartHub in order to use it to report an outage.  Click here for instructions to access SmartHub.

 

Via Text** - Text 'Outage' (or any other key words you established during the registration process) to the short code supplied when you registered.

**You must register your cell phone with the Cooperative during regular business hours in order to utilize the texting function.  Click here for written instructions to set-up outage reporting via text messaging.  You can also watch an instructional video.
